Riverside Sheriffs’ Association recognizes Marshall Hamilton’s leadership in youth prevention and building safer communities across Riverside County.
[Indio, Calif., July 2026] — SAFE Family Justice Centers is proud to announce that Executive Director Marshall Hamilton has received the Riverside Sheriffs’ Association Outstanding Community Service Award. The award recognizes Marshall’s leadership and commitment to creating safer, stronger communities throughout Riverside County.
While SAFE FJC is best known for serving individuals and families affected by interpersonal violence, the organization’s work also includes preventing violence before it begins. Through Riverside County PAL, SAFE FJC works alongside law enforcement partners to connect young people with positive mentors, leadership opportunities, life skills, and supportive relationships that build resilience and reduce the risk of future victimization.
Marshall’s leadership is grounded in the belief that supporting young people today helps create safer families and stronger communities tomorrow. By investing in prevention alongside intervention and healing, SAFE FJC is working to break cycles of violence before they continue into a new generation.
“This recognition reflects far more than the work of one person,” Marshall said. “It represents the dedication of our staff, volunteers, board members, law enforcement partners, and community supporters who work together every day to make hope possible for victims, families, and young people throughout Riverside County.”
